  They are your most practical and luxurious lodging option for nature lovers, just 25 minutes by boat from San Pedrillo Station and 1 hour from Sirena Station in the Corcovado National Park and also 45 minutes from the beautiful Caño Island .

The 2 Tapiru's have the comforts of queen-size beds, air conditioning, hot water shower, small kitchen, parking, Wi-Fi and much more...

Tapiru's House is located in the mountain area surrounded by nature and animals, both domestic and wild, in a super quiet and private place that is just 5 minutes by car from the center of Drake or a 25-minute walk to the beach of Agujitas de Drake. Now we have Starlink satellite internet for those who need to work and relax at the same time.

Tapiru’s Playa is located just 300 meters from the  Drake Bay  main beach, where the boats leave for all the tours in the area and towards the Sierpe River for those who enter or leave Drake Bay by boat.

It has a stunning view of the bay and the beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from your private balcony or from the gigantic window on the second floor.

Vincent is a great host and he also a wonderful guide for corcovado, so knowledgeable. Thank you again for everything, we hope to visit again soon and definitely will stay here.

La cama es cómoda, la ubicación es beneficiosa (se aprovecha estar en la montaña) y muy cerca de las playas. Bahía drake queda a 15 minutos y 20 minutos de playa rincón pasando por dos ríos. Gabriela es super amable y atenta. El apartamento tiene suficientes toallas, bolsas impermeables, agua y electrodomésticos necesarios.

After a few days in downtown drake bay and near the coast, being in this beautiful studio apartment nestled in the hills, was exactly what we needed. The balcony is stunning with lots of wild life around; toucan nesting nearby and a pale-billed woodpecker casually popping up, along with monkeys. There’s a beautiful river at the bottom of the hill; clear, clean and perfect to cool down in after a days walk. Vincent and Gaby were brilliant hosts; helped us out endlessly and made our stay very comfortable. It’s a 30min walk to the beach and 40min to downtown. Taxis are easy to get, and Vincent also helped us with a couple of rides and advised on tours (he is himself a knowledgable guide for Corcovado). Worth checking out for a few days of downtime 🌀

Nada más entrar te quedas impresionada con las vistas que tiene, pero también es que todo está impecable y con mucho detalle. El alojamiento es muy nuevo y está amueblado con muy buen gusto. Excelentes sábanas, bonitas y suaves. Toallas nuevas, esponjosas. Una cocinita perfectamente equipada para poder prepararte el desayuno o lo que quieras. Había detalles por todas partes. Se nota que le ponen cariño y entusiasmo en lo que hacen. Y las vistas! He mencionado las vistas? Me volvía loca haciendo fotos y vídeos desde la terraza. Qué belleza! Lamentablemente Vincent no nos pudo recibir, pero estuvo muy atento a través de mensajes. Su recepcionista en el hostal, a 100 metros del apartamento, nos entregó la llave y fue de lo más amable y encantadora. Y Vincent fue muy comprensivo cuando mi marido se sintió mal y tuvimos que marcharnos de Bahía Drake un dīa antes de lo previsto. En definitiva, una estancia de lo más recomendable

James Asheville, Carolina del NorteCalificación: 5 estrellas, · julio de 2023, · Con niños This was the best place that our family of 3 stayed over our weeklong vacation and mostly because of the beautiful balcony view perched above Drake Bay. Great sunset view there were Macaws and green parrots in all the trees every day. Very convenient to the town, beach, meeting places for tours (we used Pacheco, they were excellent), and there is a mini super right across the quiet street. The place was spotless. A/C worked great. This place is simple but has everything you need in the kitchen. Vincent even included 1 bottle of wine with the place, a great surprise. Vincent is immediately available for any questions and he also runs a business 3 doors down. You get an off-street parking spot but Drake Bay seemed very safe anyway. We would most likely stay here again if we ever get to return.

Plusieurs jours avant notre arrivée, il a été très proactif nous donnant beaucoup d’informations pour nous aider à rejoindre Drake Bay en voiture par la piste (la plupart des gens s’y rendent en bateau). Sur place, il a fait la réservation pour nous pour la visite du Corcovado.Son logement est un joli bungalow au-dessus de la plage avec une vue unique sur toute la baie de Drake. Il dispose d’un grand balcon donnant sur la mer qui nous a été bien utile pour sécher nos équipements de plongée et sur laquelle nous avons pris nos petits déjeuners.Le logement est très bien équipé tant pour la cuisine que pour la salle de bain. On y dispose de deux grands lits, l’un en bas, l’autre en mezzanine.Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement et Vincent pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.Un séjour parfait à tous points de vue !
